Kelsey is a Registered Dietitian and Level 1 Metabolic Efficiency Specialist. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University (GSU) with a master’s degree in nutrition, as well as undergraduate degrees in psychology and dietetics. Kelsey’s love for all things nutrition began in sports. She was a competitive gymnast and track athlete from a young age, and earned a Division I scholarship to run track at GSU.
Kelsey worked in Atlanta for over 5 years in a variety of roles, ranging from functional medicine to pediatric feeding disorders to sport and performance. However, she could not resist the allure of the Rocky mountains and recently moved to Denver, CO with her husband.
Kelsey approaches nutrition with an understanding of the complexity between food and behavior. She views food as freedom: freedom from chronic disease, freedom to enjoy activity, and freedom from guilt. She enjoys working with athletes to help them discover how food can unlock not only their athletic potential, but also help them lead full, satisfying lives.
