Emily Kaley, MS RDN LDN

Emily Kaley is a Performance Dietitian with her Masters in Sport Nutrition from University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Simmons College and Culinary Certificate from Culinary Tech Center in Manhattan. She has engaged in a variety of diverse volunteer, peer-to-peer educational and professional experiences throughout her academic and working career.

She has experience in working with Team USA Swimming and Team USA Track & Field athletes at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs as well as professional baseball players from the Chicago Cubs and New York Mets Organizations. In addition she has worked with Madison Square Garden Company teams (Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, Westchester Knicks & Hartford). 

Emily enjoys cooking and exercising and especially enjoys teaching healthy cooking techniques, safe dietary lifestyles and grocery shopping habits. Emily was also bit by the travel bug as she explores and experiences different cities and countries as much as possible. Her goal is to use her passion for exercise and nutrition to better the health of our nation.

Professional Accomplishments

  • Was the first Full-Time Performance Dietitian within the New York Mets Organization.
  • Previously the Sports Dietitian assistant for the Madison Square Garden Company providing nutrition services to the New York Knicks (NBA), the New York Rangers (NHL) and the New York Liberty (WNBA), along with two development league teams – the Westchester Knicks (NBADL) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL).
  • Previously the Sports Dietitian assistant for the Chicago Cubs overseeing the food and nutrition of the clubhouse for the South Bend Cubs Minor League Team.
  • Culinary certificate for commercial cooking and catering in Manhattan, NY and completed my externship at renowned Jean Georges - Mercer Kitchen in Manhattan, NY
